North Shore Enterprises (NSE), founded in 2002, is a full service Real Estate Investment and Education Company that specializes in the pre-foreclosure industry. NSE has continually grown and developed into the premiere pre-foreclosure company not only in the State of Connecticut, but also nationally, and is led by partners Patrick Precourt and Bob Lachance.
In early 2008, NSE successfully completed their 500th short sale. While specializing in short sales and debt negotiating for real estate agents, attorneys, homeowners, mortgage brokers, and other investors, NSE also boasts one of the best mentorship programs in existence today along with top notch educational products.
